The website analysis is an important part of establishing your goals for a project as well as being able to move forward in iteration.
To understand the architecture and structure of a website and be able to identify the parts and understand what works and what doesn’t.
Just because a site is complete doesn’t mean it is any good and as technology, style and design evolve it’s important to understand and be ready to change a site that no longer conforms with the best practices of the industry.
